A Platform for Academic Inquiry across Disciplines
The Paradigm Chronicle Journal of Academic Inquiry & Critical Thought is a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary scholarly journal that welcomes original research, critical analysis, theoretical inquiry, empirical investigation and innovative academic thought from a broad spectrum of established and emerging disciplines.
The journal seeks to create an intellectual platform where researchers from different academic traditions can examine important questions, develop new perspectives, challenge established assumptions, communicate research findings and engage in meaningful dialogue across disciplinary boundaries.
The subject areas listed below represent the broad academic scope of the journal. They are intended to guide authors and readers and should not be interpreted as an exhaustive limitation upon the research that may be considered for publication.
Diverse Research Approaches
The Paradigm Chronicle does not prescribe a single methodology for all disciplines. Authors should employ research designs, theoretical frameworks and analytical approaches appropriate to their research questions, evidence and disciplinary context.
What the Journal Values
✓ Original Inquiry: Research that addresses meaningful questions and contributes new knowledge, interpretation or intellectual insight.
✓ Critical Thought: Scholarship that critically examines assumptions, theories, institutions, practices and existing academic debates.
✓ Methodological Quality: Research employing methods appropriate to the discipline and sufficiently transparent to support scholarly evaluation.
✓ Interdisciplinary Dialogue: Studies that connect disciplinary perspectives where such integration produces meaningful scholarly insight.
✓ Ethical Scholarship: Research conducted and reported in accordance with appropriate standards of research and publication integrity.
Research Areas Are Indicative, Not Exhaustive
The subjects, disciplines and specialisations identified on this page are intended to illustrate the broad academic scope of The Paradigm Chronicle Journal of Academic Inquiry & Critical Thought. The list is not intended to function as an exhaustive catalogue of every academic discipline or research specialisation that may be considered by the journal.
Manuscripts from legitimate academic subjects, specialised fields or emerging areas that are not explicitly named above may also be considered where they demonstrate originality, scholarly relevance, methodological or intellectual quality, ethical compliance and a meaningful contribution to knowledge.
The responsible Editor or Editorial Committee retains responsibility for determining whether a particular submission is consistent with the broad multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary and critical scholarly objectives of the journal.
Interdisciplinary Inquiry Is Strongly Encouraged
Many contemporary academic questions cannot be fully understood within the boundaries of a single discipline. The Paradigm Chronicle therefore welcomes research that integrates theories, methods, evidence and perspectives from multiple areas where such integration is intellectually meaningful and methodologically justified.
Interdisciplinary manuscripts should demonstrate genuine integration rather than merely presenting unrelated material from different fields. Authors should explain how the disciplines or perspectives employed contribute collectively to the research question and scholarly contribution.
Across Disciplines. Beyond Boundaries. Toward Deeper Inquiry.
The Paradigm Chronicle Journal of Academic Inquiry & Critical Thought provides a broad scholarly platform for researchers working across established, applied and emerging academic disciplines. By encouraging original investigation, critical reflection and interdisciplinary dialogue, the journal seeks to advance knowledge and promote intellectually meaningful scholarship across academic boundaries.
